Who We Are

Rock On Party Rentals is a DBA of BKKJ Ventures LLC, based in Wichita Falls, TX. These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and our online booking system. By browsing this site or making a booking, you agree to these terms.

Bookings & Availability

Availability shown on this site reflects our live schedule, but isn’t a guaranteed hold until you complete checkout and payment. Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed. Some rentals require a refundable security deposit, clearly shown before you book.

Pickup, Delivery & Rental Period

A standard rental runs one day: pickup (or delivery) the evening before your event, return by 10am the next morning. You’re responsible for the equipment from the moment you take possession until we confirm it’s back and undamaged — whether you picked it up yourself or we delivered it. Delivery and pickup service, where offered, is priced separately at checkout based on distance from our location.

Payment & Cancellation

• Payment is processed securely through Stripe at checkout. We don’t store your card number.
• Cancel 7+ days before your event: full refund.
• Cancel 3–6 days before your event: 50% refund.
• Cancel under 72 hours before your event: no refund, though store credit may be offered.
• We don’t offer refunds for weather — we’re happy to help you reschedule instead.

Late Returns, Damage & Loss

Late returns are billed at $15/hr after a 1-hour grace period. Equipment should come back packed up, complete, and reasonably clean. The card on file may be charged, without additional approval, for damage beyond normal wear, missing items, or late returns.

Rental Agreement & Liability Waiver

Before pickup or delivery, you’ll be asked to electronically sign a separate Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver. Those documents — not this page — are the binding contract covering your specific rental, and your electronic signature is legally enforceable under Texas law (Texas UETA). No signature, no pickup.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to book through this site. Some individual items are marked 18+ and are restricted to adult use regardless of who books them.

Website Use

This site, its content, and its design belong to Rock On Party Rentals / BKKJ Ventures LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission. We work to keep listings, pricing, and availability accurate, but don’t guarantee the site will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rock On Party Rentals / BKKJ Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our rental equipment, beyond what’s specifically covered in the signed Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver for your booking.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
