Rock On Party Rentals is a DBA of BKKJ Ventures LLC, based in Wichita Falls, TX. This policy covers the information we collect through this website and our booking process.

What We Collect

• Name, email, phone number, and event address — entered when you book.
• Your event address is used to calculate real delivery distance and pricing.
• Payment details, handled directly by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
• Basic site usage data (pages visited, general location, device type) via analytics.

How We Use It

We use your information to create and fulfill your booking, calculate accurate delivery/pickup pricing, communicate with you about your reservation, and improve the site. We don’t sell your information to anyone.

Marketing Communications

We don’t currently send marketing emails or texts. If that changes in the future, you’ll only receive them if you’ve opted in, and every message will include an easy way to unsubscribe. Booking-related messages (confirmations, reminders, receipts) aren’t affected by this and will always be sent regardless of marketing preferences.

Third Parties We Work With

• Stripe— processes payments securely. Stripe’s own privacy policy governs how they handle your payment details.
• US Census Bureau Geocoder— a free public government service we use, server-side, to convert your event address into an approximate distance for delivery pricing. No account is created and no other personal data is sent.
• Google Analytics— helps us understand how people use the site. Collects general usage data, not your name or contact details.
• Vercel— hosts this website.

Cookies & Local Storage

Your cart is saved in your browser’s local storage so it’s there if you leave and come back — this stays on your device and isn’t sent to us until you check out. We also use standard analytics cookies to understand site traffic.

Data Retention

We keep booking records as long as needed for business, accounting, and legal purposes. You can contact us anytime to ask what information we have on file or to request it be deleted, subject to any records we’re required to keep.

Children's Privacy

This site isn’t directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with an updated date.
