Spikeball is a two versus two game played around a small circular net on the ground. One team serves by spiking the ball off the net, the other team has three touches to return it back onto the net. No boundaries, no set positions, play moves in every direction and it gets physical fast. It has a reputation as a young person's game and that reputation is mostly earned, but anyone who grew up playing volleyball will pick it up immediately and anyone who didn't will be genuinely athletic within twenty minutes of trying. One of the higher energy options in the outdoor lineup and the one most likely to result in a dive into the grass.

RULES & SAFETY
Check ball inflation before you start, an underinflated ball plays completely differently. Play on grass if you can, the dives are inevitable and grass is more forgiving than pavement.
PICKUP OR DELIVERY
Pickup evening before, return by 10am next day.
